In general, our patients typically have mixed types of varicose veins. They have deep varicose veins, large superficial varicose veins, medium-sized superficial varicose veins, and spider veins all at once.
In such cases, we start by treating the deep varicose veins and large superficial varicose veins with laser therapy.
And then, we treat the medium-sized superficial varicose veins using sclerotherapy.
Finally, we treat the spider veins with microsclerotherapy and transcutaneous radiofrequency.
Varicose vein treatment is performed step by step using methods that are determined based on the structure of the veins.
